2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on MicroJob are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wallet deposits and top-ups
  • Job posting fees
  • Job boost purchases
  • Service fees and commissions
  • Any other payments made through the platform

3. Rationale

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • Digital services are consumed immediately upon purchase
  • Job postings are published and visible to workers immediately
  • Platform resources are allocated upon payment
  • Administrative costs associated with processing transactions

4. Wallet Balance

Funds deposited into your MicroJob wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the platform. Wallet balances can only be used for transactions within MicroJob, including:

  • Paying workers for completed jobs
  • Purchasing job boosts and promotions
  • Paying applicable service fees

5. Disputes Between Users

In cases of disputes between employers and workers regarding job completion or quality:

  • Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly through our messaging system
  • If unresolved, users may submit a dispute through our support system
  • MicroJob reserves the right to mediate disputes at its sole discretion
  • Any decisions made by MicroJob regarding disputes are final

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason, whether voluntary or due to policy violations:

  • Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services or credits
  • Pending transactions may be canceled without compensation

7. Fraudulent Transactions

MicroJob reserves the right to investigate any transactions suspected of fraud. If fraudulent activity is detected:

  • We may freeze or terminate the associated account
  • Funds may be withheld pending investigation
  • We may report the activity to appropriate authorities
  • No refunds will be issued for accounts involved in fraudulent activity

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, MicroJob may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to this policy. Such exceptions may include:

  • Technical errors on our part that resulted in duplicate charges
  • System malfunctions that prevented service delivery
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 24 hours

To request consideration for an exception, you must contact our support team with detailed information about the issue within 7 days of the transaction.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting MicroJob support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Collection efforts for disputed amounts
  • Legal action if warranted

10. Changes to This Policy

MicroJob reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
