Anyone 18 years or older can join as a freelancer or employer. You need a valid email address and a smartphone or computer to get started.

Sign up with your email, complete your profile, and start browsing available jobs. As a freelancer, apply to jobs and submit proof of work. As an employer, deposit funds and post your first job.

Yes! Signing up is completely free. We only charge a small commission on completed jobs (deducted from freelancer earnings) and optional boost fees for employers who want more visibility.

MicroJob uses an escrow-based payment system. When you submit work, the payment is locked from the employer's wallet. Upon approval, funds transfer instantly to your Earned Wallet. If rejected, funds return to the employer.

Earned Wallet holds money from completed jobs - you can withdraw this. Deposit Wallet is for employers to post jobs and pay freelancers. You can transfer between wallets with a small fee.

Payment is instant once the employer approves your work. If they don't respond within the deadline (usually 24-72 hours), auto-approval kicks in and you get paid automatically.

We charge 8% commission on approved payments (deducted before reaching your Earned Wallet). Wallet transfers between Earned and Deposit wallets are free. Withdrawals have a per-method fee — typically 5% for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; 7% for bank transfer (Bangladesh) or 3% for bank transfer (India). Deposits may have a small processing fee (around 0.5%) depending on the payment method.

Boosting places your job at the top of the listing for more visibility. Set a daily budget and your job rotates among top positions. You only pay for actual visibility time.

The employer receives a notification and reviews your submission. They can approve (you get paid), request revision (you can resubmit), or reject with reason. Payment is locked until decision.

If an employer doesn't respond within the deadline (24-72 hours depending on job), your submission is automatically approved and you receive payment. This protects you from unresponsive employers.
